Nose running for 3 months

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hello all. I've nose running problem from 3 months when i eat spicy food when too hot too cold or when i woke up. I had x-ray it's says maxillary sinusitis. I never had any problems like this before. I don't know if my allergic to anything or not. Is it due to weather or air pollution of Delhi or something else.

It seems you have allergic rhinosinusitis.. I suggest you start a steroid nasal spray like flomist 2puffs bd for 15 days and tablet alaspan once at night for 5 days. Review with an ent if problem persists
