Nose problem
Month back I got hurt on my nose and it was swollen and there has been a hump since then. I had consulted doctor(ENT) who gave me medicine for swelling and pain and now the pain and everything has become fine.
But when I touch my tip of nose, I feel
There is movement of lower cartilage towards left
And it makes a crackling sound
Please tell
Me what to do and whom to consult

You could have had a deeper trauma. May have caused a fracture if you are having external deformity. It will have to be corrected if it is obvious deformity. If the hump is small it may be ok to leave it if it is not disfiguring. Please consult an ENT surgeon for examination and correct treatment
