I've been bad smelling in my nose and it's almost three year, and there some thick flowing in my nose it's brain-like with bad smell.

There are many causes for foul smelling from nose such as atrophic rhinitis, chronic rhinosinusitis, fungal sinusitis, rhinolith etc. You need to undergo diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses to confirm the diagnosis.
