Nose piercing bump

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have done my nose piercing. Now it's swelled up with a bump. Please suggest what should I do? I've tbact and mupivate ointment at home but it's not that much working, any tablet / antibiotic is there to reduce this bump? Thanks in advance!
