  4. Nose piercing bump. Nostril by any way?

Hi I had nose piercing which got infected about 7 years back and when I removed the stud at that time, it left a small scarred bump on my left nostril.. now I am thinking to get the piercing again, is it possible to removed the bump on the nostril by any way? just so when I get a new piercing it's on a smooth surface.. just looking for possible options - both invasive or non invasive before a decision can be made. Thanks in advance!
