Nose, mouth, throat infection
Hi ,
I have high fever, face got swollen, nose, mouth, throat has infection with green mucus . Couldn't swallow properly. Body pains severe. I have consultanted multiple doctors they said it is acute sinus but not sure it seems. Because fever won't be their if it is sinus. Please let me know what exactly the issue is and whom to consult. Here are my reports attached.

You seem to be suffering from acute rhinosinusitis which is common type of nose and sinus infection. You may need to take antibiotics, anti cold medicines and decongestant nasal drops for few days for faster recovery. Sometimes intra venous antibiotics may be required. Acute rhinosinusitis can cause fever
