Nose fever and cough

Asked for Female, 50 Years

I get frequent cold accompanied with fever and sometimes cough. This generally happens with season change .my digestion is a bit slow and i sometimes have acidity problem .i get swelling in my bidy and feet during evenings

You seem to be suffering from allergies of nose and throat. Also acidity may add to throat problems and cough . For the swelling you must get yourself checked by a physician for thyroid or other issues. And visit an ent to start allergy and acidity treatment. Avoid triggers that cause the allergies. Steam and gargles may help as home remedies
