Sir i am 14 yrs old boy and my nose is depressd near base with naso-labial folds on both side which giving bad look and my bones near just below the eye is depressed/ increased which look bad on my face. So please say any medicine

Hello....... It's there like that from birth ,don't worry, let it be like that... There is no medicine to correct it.. It's surgical problem, if you want you can undergo surgery where doctor will remove cartilaginous part and reconstruct it... Consult plastic surgeon.
