My nose is blocked from a week. Looks like cold No pain in throat but sputum is coming. Please suggest any medicine

you might be suffering from acute viral rhinitis. you can use over the counter anti cold medicines and nasal drops for few days. just make sure you don't use nasal drops for pronged period
