My son age 4 years Weight 14 kg From two days nose complete block and having normal cold.. Please suggest natural remedies or medicine to release blocked nose bcz he suffers alot and speaking with nose only.. Please please...

Hi, Do steam inhalation Give saline nasal drops for the nose block Give warm liquids/ soup frequently.
Next Steps
Give Syr Cetrizine 3 ml twice daily for cold
