  4. Nose blockage. Drop once a day?

Hello all, my 3 months old son has dirt in nose and we are not able to clean it. Also we believe this is causing some sleep disturbance for him and light snoring sound. Can we use Nasoclear drop once a day? Or any other solution to this.
