Nose blockage at night
My baby is 7 months old. We stay in Bangalore and the temperature has dropped here from past 1 week and it's been relatively cold. Since then, he is having nose blockage only at night. I'm giving him saline drops, but nose gets blocked again after 2 hours. He is not able to sleep peacefully because of this. He doesn't have any other symptoms of cold/cough. Is there anything we can do to avoid the nose blockage at night?

You can give syrup cetzine (cetrizine ) 1.25 ml once a day at night for cold. Run hot water in bathroom and after steam comes, hold the baby with you for 10 mins or till baby is comfortable. Clean nose using nose cleaner available online like pigeon brand.
