Hi am 32 yrs old from last 6 month i am having this nose block problem either one of the nose is always block, doc has give me nasal spray for it but still not working for me

Hi there. This is a very common problem and often seen in males. You are having a condition called sinusitis / allergic rhinitis. Does pray doctor has given you usually contain steroids and should not be used for more than 14 days. There are many medications available for this. Start with Monti-Fx or Allegra-M 1 tab once daily at night for 2 weeks along with your spray. After this contact me and I will suggest you a long-term medication which is not harmful and helps to keep this condition at Bay.
