Nose block and cold. Pls tell something.

Dear sir Not having fever bodypains nothing .. My age 30 am from Hyderabad. I never anywhere I work as a sales manager at showroom. Just since 4 days I feel runny nose and since today morning sudden I feel loss of smell and loss of taste . The maximum taste is hardly 2% I tried eated all foods but smell is not like earlier feel . Pls advice any treatment and tablets my boss is fearing for corona now a days he said me to stay at home .. So pls tell am fearing shell I have to go for testing or not Or above symptoms is due to nose block also is related common pls tell .. And I taken carvel plus tablet in hot water some time I feel good to nose unblocking after taking this tablet I feel tablet smell hardly it's too strong smell  .. now again I am not feeling food smell so pls tell something ...
