Nose bleed and head hitting
Hello doctor, My 6 years old son yesterday while running fell down and he had bump on the head.after that he was normal and playing again and he ate food.after 1 hour when he is about to sleep few drops of blood came from nose.so went to doctor and he done ct scan.reports are attached please help.

Hi. The CT scan report appears to be normal. There may have been some minor injury to the skin inside the nose because of which there may have been little bleeding. Pl send photograph of nose. Apply ice gentily 4-5 times on nose and forehead  for 2 days. Doctor  must have given decongestant nasal drops too
