Nose allergy
Is there some allergy if he sneezes 8-10 times when came in contact with dust and immediately after drinking water(in both winter and summer season).he also takes steam with water, kindly suggest any treatment if needed

Yes allergic rhinitis is a common problem. Please visit an ENT for an examination after which appropriate anti allergic treatment can be started after confirming the diagnosis.

May be he is having allergy to cold water or dust
Avoid those and take Antiallergic medicine

It may be allergic Rhinitis, need to use fluticasone furoate nasal spray 2 puff in each nostril twice a day,
