I was feeling pain and discomfort in center and outer side of knees... i got these x rays then Are these normal or not? Someone pls help... What should i do?

I agree with dr dubey. Also later see an physiotherapy doctor for knee exercise to help u in long terms.

bones look fine but for ligaments, u need to undergo examination. kindly visit an orthopaedician.
