  4. Normal T3 & T4 but high TSH. Of thyroid?

Normal T3 & T4 but high TSH
My wife have Normal T3 & T4 (reading of T3 is 122.22 & T3 is 10.30) but the reading of TSH is 5.20 little high, she is 2 month pregnant.Can I have to start medicines of thyroid? I have to also informed you that when I consult with doctor(MD Medicine) then he told me that there is no need of medicine. Kindly help me sir. Waiting for your response
