Normal NT scan report, raised free bhcg
My wife age 32 is 12 weeks pregnant, NT can done at 12weeks shows NT 1mm, nasal bone present 1.8 mm, CRL 52mm, FRH 174/min other studies related to uterine blood flow are normal.On Dual marker test Free beta HCG is 140 ng/ml, Papp is 1.39 miu/ml. Biochemical risk for Trisomy 21 is shown high 1/15 however combined risk( NT+ BC+DM) is low 1/3038. Kindly advised how should we go ahead. Also what may be the cause for raised free B hcg. She is on tab duphaston 10 mg twice a day.
