Normal body temperature
My body temperature in the morning around 97.6 and in the evening 98.6 to 99 f I am suffering from fever or not.

No you are not suffering from fever. It’s normal body temperature variations in day and evening timings. No need to worry.
Health Tips
However if it rises to 100 or above 100 then we label it as fever.
