  4. Normal bleeding. To visit a doctor.

Normal bleeding
Unbearable lower abdomen pain. Some thick blood clots also passed during veginal bleeding. Pregnancy test showed positive. Do I need to visit gynaecologist as I am staying in home and at this moment it will be very difficult to visit a doctor.

Yes it is better if you could visit a gynecologist because you are having incomplete abortion... if you are bleeding too much this can lead to loss of blood and drop in hemoglobin ... you can also feel giddiness... so it is always better to get yourself clinically examined
