Non bleeding piles
Have swelling near anus, it does not bleed but pains a lot. can this be treated without surgery? what food should be avoided?

Yep it can b treated without surgery if it is not older than 2 yrs... avoid baked, fried & spicy food..

Yes it can be treated by ayurveda Avoid spicy food, curd,pickle,nonveg,green chilly, etc. Use of butter milk is important in your diet. It is suggested to use kasisadi tailam on the affected area. Take sits bath of triphala kadha 2 times a day. See you don't get constipation. Use of 2 spoons of ghee + warm milk at night will help more.
