Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver and Choline
I am diagnosed with Grade 2-3 Non-Alcoholic Fatty liver. I found that Nutrient Choline helps in breaking fat molecules deposited on liver. Can I take Choline as a supplement. If yes, can anyone suggest a good Choline supplement.

Please modify your lifestyle like this- 1)Choose a healthy plant-based diet that's rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and healthy fats. 2)Maintain a healthy weight. If you are overweight then, reduce the number of calories you eat each day and take weightloss medication after lunch and dinner. 3)Do exercise most days of the week. 4)Drink coffee in place of tea atleast twice a day.
