I have colonoscopy done after fistula surgery there was small nodular tissue in rectum small inflamation when sent to biopsy they mentioned diffuse active inflamation with ulceration under impression I don't have this before 1month my life style is very good eating good diet after surgery which was done 1month before is this serious one can it be cured permanently this was found only in one spot in entire colon examination.
