With my hands I can feel a node near middle of chest, like it on artery. Is it normal?

Palpable nodes can be something serious. It is always better to consult a doctor like a physician who can examine it and suggest a test if necessary. But either ways don't ignore it.

Any node or swelling needs to be evaluated.
