  3. Pain in middle of chest. Pain increases.

Pain in middle of chest
I'm having pain in the middle of the chest. It's not consistent. It often comes and goes. It's like tightness feeling in the chest and when I squeeze my chest, pain increases.

Looks like muscular chest pain or may be due to severe acidity.. nothing related to heart or lungs.. take some pain killer with antacid for few days.. hope it helps
