  3. Nodes/gland. Help what should i do?

I dont have any symptoms or pain. But i am concern about  a node in my right region of groin. It is not swollen and not visible nither painful but i can feel it when i put pressure on that region. Is it anything serious. And i can feel it on right side. Help what should i do? I dont have any other symptoms.
