No ulcer what is it?
I have been having a pain in the middle of my stomach above my belly button the pain gets so bad I start sweating and throwing up. I got tested for a ulcer came back negative what else can be causing my pain.?

There can be many causes but looking at the severity my first diffrential wpuld be acute pancreatitis (though jumping to a final conclusion with such limited information is not good)
I suggest u to get a ultrasonography done
