My lmp is 30 aug and bhcg on 27 sep was 370 but I dnt feel any symptoms at all earlier for few days my breast was sore and painful but now it is not and dr has advice for usg on 8 oct I am tense that I am not pregnant at all and do I need to repeat any test or just wait for usg plz advice as I had missed miscarriage previously on 13 weeks as well plz advice ???

Repeat your beta hcg. The value should have doubled by now ( 740 or above) which indicates that pregnancy is growing well.

Do the USG as advised on 8th.
