Hi doctor,My father is a diabetic since from 18 years and his condition is very bad. He is unable to sleep properly with nerves tingling and he say's when he was not slept his foot nerve's are felt like someone pierce with the needles so what should we do for better health to him and good sleep too,thank you.

Your father's lack of sleep is due to his diabetic neuropathy his nerves and the blood vessels are so much affected that is unable to get a proper blood supply to the head also that means is hormones which are causing sleep are disturbed controlling diabetes properly reducing is depression and giving some nerve vitamins help the problem
