No sleep and anxiety! Neuro dr took meds

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I've been using zolpidem 10mg to sleep. Worked great. I used Xanor only when necessary. I have Fibromyalgia so I am on 6 tramacets a day. I randomly had a seizure. The neurologist told my family it is the zolpidem and xanor. It was immediately stopped and epitec and trazadone was started. I am not sleeping. My resting pulse is 110. I can't cope with this! Is this Dr right? I am suffering
