No sex drive. Her she refuses instantly.

Hello doctor, The problem is with my wife that she literally had no sex drive. We are Married for last 9 years with one 6 yr old kid. In the past 9 yr we hardly had sex 50-60 times and the last time I had sex in this year was in the month of August. I had a very strong sex urge but I control my self a lot .. if I foreplay with her she refuses instantly. I adabt to this habit of her and decided that I had to live a sex less life but nowadays I am feeling and very high increase in my sex drive, I always try to control my self but I am unable to I have tried ad lot to convince my wife but she doesn't want to listen anything .. I am frustrated to such an extend that I even tried to cut off my private part of my body ... Please held me I am seriouly dying day by day .. Yes I love my wife and doesn't want to lose her and also knows that sex is not the ultimate goal of love but I am helpless the urge of having sex is literally killing me from inside and my wife knows that I am frustrated only
