Absent sperms can be due to many reasons. Some further tests are required to determine the cause. One of these involves doing a biopsy from the testes to check if sperms are being made there. If they are you have a good chance of being able to father a child. However it may not always be easy.
Please discuss the test report with your fertility specialist or andrologist and let them know your concerns
