Hi experts,
I don't know what is happening out to me i usually work in night shifts but after that I used to have peaceful sleeps. But the past three days I am not able to sleep, eat or do anything what ever I try yo do I do it but I don't have satisfaction in that. I have been getting weird thoughts dreams and un necessary thoughts which I never got. I don't know if these are the signs of depression or something but I leave it to your judgement. Please please help me get out of this thing. I usually switch off my mobile phones when I see sleeping but the past three days that also doesn't help. Tried all possible ways of sleeping milk food warm water everything . But nothing is working out. Please help me with this thing please please please...

By any chance are you sleeping in the Day time ? If not sleeping at all, i would highly recommend you to see a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist immediately.
