I was unable to sleep at night, due to no of thoughts coming as i am preparing for govt jobs, suggest me please

Sleep pattern changes with age. Adult need 8hour of sleep. Some may need 6hour and children 10 hour.

Tips to improve sleep

3. Use bed room for sleeping. Don't eat, talk on phone or watch TV while you are in bed.
4. Make sure your bedroom is quiet and dark.
5. Avoid trying to fall asleep. The more you try to fall asleep the more trouble you may have.
6.Exercise more often. But do not exercise with in few hours before going to bed.
7. Do not start worrying about this when you go to bed.
8. Try eating a light snack before going to bed But do not eat too much before bed time. A glass of warmish and crackers may be useful.
9. Don't nap during the day. It is likely to make your insomnia worse.
