No periods without progesterone tablet
Hi doctor, I'm 26 yrs old, around 5' 2" and weigh 73kgs. I've been diagnosed with PCOS, no thyroid irregularities and have been gaining weight constantly. Since I had irregular or no periods most months I was prescribed Meprate tablet and now its impossible for me to get my period without this medication. I have a feeling this might affect my reproductive health so need help to reduce pcos and have period without external progesterone tablet. Thank you so much!

PCOS leads to weight gain, and weight gain leads to PCOS. It's a vicious cycle. So u need to concentrate on weight loss. Progesterone per se has no adverse effects on ur health or reproductive health . So u can continue progesterone for 5 days before  ur expected date. Meanwhile continue ur exercise to loose weight.
Next Steps
get ur blood sugars tested.
