Get done urine pregnancy test first.
If negative then wait for menses or you can take medicine to induce it and if it comes positive , consult nearby Gynecologist for ultrasound and further management of same.

Get a urine pregnancy test done if you are sexually active.
If negative then you can wait for few days more or take medicine to induce your period. .
