  4. No periods negative upt. Be pregnant?

I've got my last natural periods on 11th April.In may I missed my periods and experienced blood clots.so doctor gave me regestrone 10mg. Can I still be pregnant if I started regestrone 10mg tablets on 30th May and had sex on 1st june (protected unprotected both using pull out method although he didn't ejaculated inside me ) and got withdrawal bleeding on 7th June. Got cramps and tiny blood particles while cleaning down there after urine on 3&4 th july.Missed periods in July done 4 upt all negative after missed periods.  Doctor suggested regestrone 10mg . I had experienced irregular cycle earlier in 2023 in 2024 ending it became regular. Can I still be pregnant?
