No periods in 61 days
I haven't had my periods since it ended on 10th December. However I experienced some spotting on14th January. Since then no periods. I am very sure I am not pregnant. Please suggest what to do. Every year around this time the same thing happens, I don't get my periods for 50-60 days

The most common reason for absence of periods if there is no pregnancy is weight gain and lack of exercise Strt exercise A cycle length more than 37 days is abnormal needs to be investigated and treated
