No periods after 43days from LMP

I'm 35. My LMP is May 21 2020. I had Intercourse on Jun 7th 2020. I dint get periods after 38days of my cycle so visited obgyn n had TVS done n there were no traces for pregnancy. So dr prescribed Meprate 10 mg for 3 days. Does this tablet regulate my periods and how many days after I complete the course will I get periods. I'm not in a situation to carry on with pregnancy at this time.if in case I'm pregnant, how can I get rid of it.
