If u are sure BCG vaccine was given..
It will progress in size in 6-12 weeks also..
If BCG is little given subcutaneous than intradermal bump can be little….But then also no issues at all

2.Few children's will not have a BCG scar even after correct vaccination, that is normal.
3.litten bump near Vaccination site is a normal phenomena.
