No hunger.
If i drink milk in morning at 7 or 8 than i don't fell hungry till 1 or 2 pm . Same happens when I eat something at 4 or 5 pm . Then no Hunger till 10 pm . I am able do all physical work . But i don't feel Hungary . My tummy and belly fat is also increasing day by day . Please suggest me some remedy. Thank you.

Hello.... If person have gastritis he feels bloating sensation of stomach(fullness of stomach).. If you don't have that problem then don't worry... Don't be sedentary in life it decreasea digestive power ... You start exercising daily In the morning, you feel hunger...... Growing tummy also says your not working on it
