Hi Thanks for reaching out. How long has it been since you are going through heartbreak. You might be feeling anxious and upset, and you want some alone time to handle your grief. You can think of giving yourself space and time to heal. You are also thinking about your future and how you can achieve your goals and fulfill your dream. The heartbreak is making you feel upset to the extent that you might not feel like doing anything. Don't be hard on yourself if you don't feel like doing anything and also don't put too much pressure on yourself. It is okay if you don't feel like doing anything. Give yourself space and time to heal and you can gradually start working on your goal. Consult a psychologist and explain about heartbreak and your goals. Therapy is a warm and safe space to talk about anything that is bothering you.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.

Hi, You just need to talk about your life, and your mind will be calm. Do engage in activities you enjoy. For a book, you can consider reading Believe in Yourself by Swami Vivekananda. And i will also suggest you watch Dear Zindagi. However, if you still feel demoralized, then consult a psychologist for proper guidance. Heartbreaks can be stressful, especially if you were attached to that person deeply. I hope it helps.
Next Steps
do meditation and walks.

Seems like you are feeling overwhelmed at the moment! Although, glad to know that you have already achieved so much in life and are looking for continued growth and exploration. Sometimes, external achievements are not sufficient but its more to do with how you feel internally! Talking to a professional might be helpful to resolve the chemical locha in the brain :) and get over your limiting beliefs that might hinder your progress or make you feel monotonous. Feel free to reach out.

Hello Please understand that staying motivated after a heartbreak is really difficult, so it’s okay if you feel like this right now. But it’s important to get help from a psychologist if you’re not able to get back to your normal level of functioning.

Hi.. There is no fixed recipe for success in life. Human mind is complex enough to perceive anything as a success or failure. To achieve bigger goals there are certain things a person can do to increase his chances of getting successful, but again there is no surety of success. So it is a better to focus on your daily targets that are aligned with your larger goals in life. Try to find a counsellor who can guide you and first help you find your compass. You need to first understand what you really want and what is going to ultimately make you feel good about yourself. Happiness is a byproduct, always remember that. Money, name, fame are also a byproducts, but they require targeted efforts.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. Interpersonal Guidance and Career Counselling is required.
