Why do I get loose motion atleast once in a month I have done all checkups colonoscopy endoscopy doctor told I have mild p pylori gastritis and IBS D advised me to keep myself busy or start working which I cannot afford with two kids and no one to Support I hardly go out it's been 2 years I left my city please help

once in a while loose stools is not of an issue. unless you have pain or multiple episodes of loose stools woth discomfort in abdomen. then you may have to take treatment. you can be busy at home also
