My fiance had an incomplete abortion. After ultrasound, doctor advised her to take misoprostol again, 2 times in the morning at 2 at night. But she didn't had any bleeding. What to do now.

Wait and watch for the bleeding.might be very less tissues in the uterus .but repeat the usg after few days to check for the retained product of conception
Incomplete abortion needs to seen by gynecologist .. incomplete abortion can lead to infection and sepsis ..if not responding with tablet then need for instrumental evacuation or dilatation and curretage
