I am 13 weeks pregnant, got an NT scan done and the baby's heart beat is 190bpm. Double marker test shows low risk but Free beta HCG is 3.41 should I go for NIPT. TSH levels are low it's 0.014 and t3 ' t4 normal should I worry and start using  medicine and if I start using is it safe
