  4. Nipples get hard. Me what should i do.

Nipples get hard
My nipples get hard anytime. In winters they might be due to cold but in summers also. It becomes very embarrassing for me as they protrude through my clothes. I also feel irritated as they touch my clothes. Kindly suggest me what should I do.

Nipples getting is a reflex. Cold weather, any sexual excitement ll stimulate nipple. Best is to wear a padded Brasserie if u r comfortable. Also do a self beast examination to ,rule out local problem.nd connect with the doctor.
