Nipples cracked and soreness

Hi, I am mother of 1month 8 days old boy my Baby is completely on bf from 3 days I feeling soreness in my right nipple today I found some cracked on the same. Kindly guide what to do?? Thanks in advance

Try applying lanolin based creams to ur nipple..make sure of the correct latching position
