My daughter is 2 months old and currently feeds only with a nipple shield (Autoflow brand). We have tried many times to breastfeed without the shield, but she is not accepting it. I also noticed that the silicone material of this nipple shield feels a little hard.
Will using a nipple shield cause any oral development problems in the future? Also, could you please guide us on how to help our baby latch directly onto the breast without using the shield?
Thank You.
