Nipple problem
I have pain in left nipple only when I touch it & when I press it clear fluid comes out. No redness is there & no distortion is there in nipple. Recently my muscles besides armpit have swollen up. The swollen muscles are very soft & sometimes pain. I have obesity & I am male
